Matt joined Comerica Bank in November 2018 and serves as Vice President, Corporate Communications-Michigan Market.  In his role, he oversees external communications, manages media relations and initiates publicity outreach for Comerica throughout the state of Michigan.  Barnhart joined Comerica after serving 21 years with the Detroit Lions communications staff, with 17 of those as the team’s director of media relations. He directed the team’s day-to-day media operations, outreach, engagement and training.
