During this one-hour interactive session, we will touch on key aspects of leading a team including situational leadership, conflict management styles, decision making approaches and a review of fifteen skills key for team leadership success. You will also be able to take an assessment to get an understanding of where you land on the fifteen skills, enabling you to prioritize areas of professional development in the future.

About Amy:
Amy leads the Yeo & Yeo HR team to provide high-quality, yet affordable people services, specializing in recruiting and human resources consulting.
She honed her approach based on experiences in talent attraction, retention, and development work at Ann Arbor SPARK and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).
Previously, as Senior Vice-President of Talent Enhancement at the MEDC, she oversaw a wide range of talent initiatives, including the redevelopment of the State of Michigan job portal. Today, she leads an amazing team of experienced, passionate, and innovative HR and talent consultants.
