Certified Tourism Ambassador Class- September 2016

The Ann Arbor – Ypsilanti Area Certified Tourism Ambassador Program (CTA) is the only certification program for our area’s hospitality front line, or simply those who interact with our guests, clients, customers and visitors. Being a CTA gives you the information and knowledge to best assist your clients/visitors as well as several benefits including freebies/discounts, networking events, educational opportunities and more! The Program consists of a 4 hour class, class materials, certification and pin. During the class you will be immersed with information on our area including what to see, do, experience within our county to give our visitors an enhanced experience while here in the Ann Arbor area.
