DESCRIPTION:The Ann Arbor   Ypsilanti Area Certified Tourism Ambassador Program (CTA) is the only certification program for our area's hospitality front line\, or simply those who interact with our guests\, clients\, customers and visitors. Being a CTA gives you the information and knowledge to best assist your clients/visitors as well as several benefits including freebies/discounts\, networking events\, educational opportunities and more! The Program consists of a 4 hour class\, class materials\, certification and pin.
