St. Clair County, Mich., April 15, 2026 — Northstar Bank announces the upcoming retirement of Bobbie Fisher, Public Funds Officer, following a distinguished 42-year career in banking and dedication to the communities she has served.   Fisher joined Northstar Bank in April 2017 and played a key role in developing and growing the bank’s Public Funds department.
