Washtenaw Community College campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

ANN ARBOR, Michigan (March 19, 2026) – Applications are open for Pitch@WCC 2026, a student competition at Washtenaw Community College (WCC) where participants develop an idea into a viable business proposal, culminating in a polished live pitch event.

Current WCC students may compete individually or in teams of up to four. Hosted by The Entrepreneurship Center at the college, the competition includes up to 10 hours of coaching with mentors and the development of a professional pitch deck.

Through guidance and feedback from entrepreneurs and business leaders, students gain real-world experience and refine a presentation they can use beyond the competition.

Finalists will be selected by a panel of judges from the business community. Six individuals or teams will be invited to compete at the live final round of pitching on Wednesday, May 6.

The public is invited to attend the final showcase from 6-8 p.m. in the Morris Lawrence Building on the WCC campus, 4800 E. Huron River Drive, Ann Arbor.
