Williams Distributing Expands Southeast Michigan Presence with New Ann Arbor Branch
New location brings HVAC equipment, parts, technical support, training, and appointment-only building products showroom to Ann Arbor-area contractors and builders.

ANN ARBOR, Mich., August 2026 — Williams Distributing, Co. (Williams Distributing), a leading distributor of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, parts, supplies, and building products, owned by Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. (Daikin), today announced the opening of its newest branch in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The new location expands the company's presence in Southeast Michigan and provides area contractors with convenient access to leading HVAC brands, dependable inventory, technical expertise, hands-on training, and local customer support.

The Ann Arbor branch also features Williams Distributing's new appointment-only Building Products Showroom, showcasing kitchen and bath, hearth, garage door and HVAC products available to builders and trade professionals Additionally, we have incorporated a state-of-the-art HVAC Training Room to provide ongoing training around the suite of Daikin products.
Founded in 1968, Williams Distributing has served contractors and builders across the Great Lakes region for nearly six decades. The Ann Arbor branch marks the company's 24th location across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
