ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Michigan Public has been notified that Zoe Clark will be awarded the Michigan Association of Public Broadcasting’s 2026 Public Media Impact Award at this year's MAB Policy Summit and Evening of Excellence.
Zoe Clark is Michigan Public’s Associate General Manager and Political Director. Clark is an award-winning journalist, receiving the prestigious Peabody Award for overseeing the station’s first nationally distributed podcast Believed. She appears regularly on NPR, BBC, and PBS.
She is the co-host of the long-running program It's Just Politics, a weekly look at Michigan politics, with Michigan Public Radio Network's Senior Capitol Correspondent Rick Pluta.

During her 20 years at Michigan Public, Clark has held a wide range of editorial and leadership positions that have shaped Michigan Public into the trusted statewide news organization it is today. Clark has previously served as the station’s Program Director, co-founder and Executive Producer of the daily newsmagazine Stateside.
Zoe Clark will receive her award at MAB Policy Summit and Evening of Excellence in Grand Rapids on September 1, 2026.
