Breanne Stuart, owner of Homewatch CareGivers of Ann Arbor, won the “Enhancing Quality Care One Hour at a Time” award at the company’s recent annual conference and awards ceremony in Boulder, Colorado.
The 2019 Homewatch CareGivers Annual Conference, titled “Innovating Together,” brought the entire organization together to celebrate the brand’s commitment to innovation, system-wide growth including year-over-year same-store growth that outpaced the industry average and its position as a leader in the home and healthcare industries.

The Homewatch CareGivers corporate team completed comprehensive assessments to select the winner of the prestigious “Enhancing Quality Care One Hour at a Time,” award, bestowed annually upon franchisees who provide quality care “one hour at a time” in a safe environment, minimizing fall risk, screening for concerns related to cognitive decline, provided by hiring skilled, knowledgeable caregivers who are compassionate in their approach to care. Stuart earned the award for providing 20,000 additional hours of care compared to the previous year.
“My team and I are very proud of the accomplishments we have achieved over the past year,” said Stuart. ”Our goal is to continue to serve our clients with the quality care that they deserve.”
The conference centered on franchisees like Stuart who were able to take center stage and share best practices, lessons learned and use their expertise to help the entire franchise system be successful.
