Campbell Mechanical Services Welcomes Veteran HVAC Sales Leader Peter Bunevich to Its Cleveland Team

CLEVELAND, OHIO —June 15, 2026 — Campbell Mechanical Services, a commercial HVAC, plumbing, and building controls maintenance provider serving Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan since 1968, today announced that Peter Bunevich has joined the company as a Maintenance Sales Representative serving the Cleveland region.

Bunevich brings more than 30 years of business-to-business sales leadership, including deep experience inside the HVAC industry itself. Before joining Campbell, he built and grew territories for Daikin Comfort, the world’s largest HVAC manufacturer, and worked on the distribution side with Famous-Supply. That background gives him an end-to-end understanding of the equipment commercial buildings rely on, the supply chain behind it, and the true cost of unplanned downtime.

“Peter understands both the technical and the financial sides of a facility decision, and that combination is rare,” said Jim Ingersoll, General Manager of Campbell’s Cleveland operations. “He listens first and builds a plan around what the customer actually needs. In his new role, Bunevich will partner with building owners, facility managers, and financial decision-makers across Cleveland’s commercial and industrial sectors to develop proactive maintenance plans for HVAC and plumbing systems. Rather than a traditional identify-fix-bill model, Campbell takes a consultative approach built around each facility’s operational goals and budget, designed to prevent costly failures rather than react to them.

Outside of work, Bunevich is an accomplished golfer, an expert sporting-clays shooter, and a fifth-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, disciplines he says mirror his approach to his work.

“In sporting clays, you don’t aim at the target, you aim where it’s going to be,” said Bunevich. “Maintenance works the same way. The job is to see the problem coming and intercept it before it ever interrupts a customer’s operation.”
