Appointment of Cyndi Kidd as Maintenance Service Representative for the Cleveland
sales office.
Kidd brings over six years of proven sales excellence from OTC Industrial Technologies,
where she served as Aftermarket Account Manager for Northeast Ohio. During her
tenure, she became the first Account Manager to surpass $1 million in Customer
Service Agreement (CSA) renewals within just six and a half months—a milestone that
typically takes an entire year to accomplish. Her exceptional performance earned her
the Air Supply Group President's Award in 2023 and the Best Compilation Award at the
2024 National Sales Meeting for leading in total booked CSA agreements.
At OTC Industrial, Kidd mastered technical sales skills, product knowledge, and system
design while maintaining sales levels that consistently met or exceeded annual goals.
Her approach centered on building lasting customer relationships, prospecting and
developing new accounts, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction—a philosophy that
aligns perfectly with Campbell's service-driven culture. She holds a Bachelor's degree
from Central State University (1990) and a Master's degree from the University of
Cincinnati (1993).
