Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is pleased to share our 2026 Fall Prevention Tool Kit

Falls are a leading cause of injury among older adults, but many falls can be prevented through education, access to resources, and simple precautionary steps taken at home. With September recognized as National Fall Prevention Awareness Month, now is a meaningful time to plan to raise awareness and encourage conversations about safety, independence, and healthy aging in communities.

To support the important work you are already doing in the community, we created this Fall Prevention Toolkit to make it easier to share practical fall prevention information.

Blue Cross’ toolkit is designed to be simple and ready to use — featuring shareable social media content, helpful resources, and home safety checklists that can easily be distributed through your client/member communications and social media channels.

We are grateful for your partnership and thank you for helping us bring these important resources to our communities!
