Training (88), Catering training at Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park NY,, Started Angel Food Catering with my wife, Judy Maynard in October of 1996 from our home. Purchased 6 W. Michigan Ave in Ypsilanti and grew Angel Food Catering there till 2013. Moved to 44850 N. Interstate 94 Service Dr. in Belleville. We now have 48 on our staff and will be over 2 million in sales by the end of 2016. We are grateful to our Lord, Family, Friends, and wonderful communities that we have been blessed to serve.
