Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced bar environment. Responsibilities

• Assist the Tasting Room Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support sales initiatives by engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock and maintaining accurate records.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Conduct regular audits of store operations to ensure adherence to budgeting guidelines and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inviting bar environment that promotes customer loyalty.
• Utilize effective communication skills to relay information between management and staff.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote store events and special promotions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bartending experience is required and 1 year of managing experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and inventory management practices.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience as a clerk or in a similar role within the market is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a retail setting.
