WXW - Getting to “No”
Most of us struggle with how to say no. Yet how often does the inability to say ‘no’ rob us of our productivity? How about our well-being? In this highly interactive workshop, we’ll explore strategies, scripts, and tips for saying no clearly and kindly. Come prepared to share, learn, strategize, and practice! You’ll walk out looking forward to your first opportunity to say no – honestly, skillfully, and without guilt.
Get clear on:
- what makes it hard for YOU to say no
- the price you pay for not saying no when you want to
- the tremendous gains available when you master this skill
Create/select stock phrases so you’ll be prepared when you feel on the spot.
Gain confidence and skill by practicing with other participants.
