The Leadership & Legacy Forum is a high-impact half-day event designed for business owners and senior leaders who want to build companies that are meaningful, successful, and enduring.

Through a mix of presentations, panels, and interactive workshops, participants will explore three themes central to building a business of significant and lasting value and meaning:

• Culture: Creating a thriving workplace where people grow and contribute.
• Structure: aligning business functions, people, management, and accountability for long-term success.
• Legacy: Exploring strategies for building business value, planning for succession, preparing for exit, and ensuring personal financial security in retirement.

The day will conclude with a networking reception featuring an open bar and a gourmet BBQ buffet - a unique chance to unwind and connect with other leaders.
