We want to ensure a wonderful and safe experience for all attendees. To that end we are taking every possible precaution to keep everyone safe and well.
Below are some of the ways we are coordinating a safe and successful event:
- Mandatory safety measures: Self-health questionnaire, Masks (required and provided), hand-sanitizer stations
- Touchless Check-in and Temperature Kiosk
- Everyone who attends in person will receive a germ-free digital copy of the attendees list with names of other attendees and businesses (to avoid business cards exchanging germs)
- Socially distanced throughout more than 10,000 square feet of office space
- Limited attendance to ensure compliance with local safety guidelines
