Self Care Grief Group Registration
Still Waters Counseling is offering a Self Care Grief Group for adults. The group offers bereavement support and encouragement for adults suffering from the loss of a loved one. The group will meet for eight sessions beginning, Thursday May 9, 2019 from 12- 1 pm. The last session will be held on 7/11/2019. There will be no sessions on June 20, 2019 or July 4, 2019.
During the eight session participants will leaning coping and relaxation skills, have a safe space to learn about bereavement, self-awareness and exploration of feelings, and increase their netwrk of support through the dynamics of group and potentially other local resources.
The group is open to new clients, as well as, former clients, who have attended the group ran by Kathy Raths, MA, LLP.
Pre- Registration is required no later than May 8, 2019.
Cost of Group is $360 for 8 sessions plus $110.00 for intake session for new participants. Insurance is also accepted.
