This multiple step process will help you figure out the answer to this question through a combination of assessments, group discussion and individualized coaching over a period of weeks.

HOW IT WORKS

Step #1 - Prepare: Before the workshop, we'll send you some career assessments and questionnaire to complete. This will ensure that you'll get the most out of your workshop experience.

Step #2 - Participate: Attend the two-hour workshop held at SPARK East. During the session, we will help you understand the results of your preparation activities and help you plan for your next steps.

Step #3 - Plan into Practice: Put your new Career Exploration Plan into practice by performing additional career research on your most promising occupations.

Step #4 - Personalized Coaching: Attend a one-hour individual session with our career development specialist to assess your research and put together your plan of action.

This holistic approach, delivered over a few weeks, will provide you with the reflection, research and support to get you pointed in the right direction with concrete next steps.
