Parenting Children on the Spectrum: a series of lectures and discussion topics to educate and guide parents of young children with ASD to cope with new diagnoses, establish a therapeutic plan for the child and help the child succeed in developing peer relationships and entering school on a positive note.
P.L.A.Y. Project
The P.L.A.Y. Project is based on the DIR (Developmental, Individualized, Relationship-based) theory that emphasizes the importance of helping parents become their child’s best P.L.A.Y. advocate. Learn about the four key components behind this intervention: diagnosis, home consulting, training and research.
