The A2Y Chamber now has two esteemed Leadership programs to benefit our members.

The Chamber’s Leadership A2Y program has graduated over 3,100 participants over 35 years. This community immersion program gives participants a wealth of knowledge on a variety of community issues from how our justice system works to what makes up the quality of life we all enjoy.  Our new Leadership A2Y 2.0 program will focus on leadership skill development to fill the leadership pipeline in your business and in our community. These are both stand-alone programs without a pre-requisite.
