Ken Jeong: Laughter is the Best Medicine
Whether you first met him as the abrasive OB/GYN in “Knocked Up” or as Mr. Chow in “The Hangover” or as the surreal nightmare that was Señor Chang on “Community,” you probably laughed the first time you saw Ken Jeong. One imagines that could well extend to if you met the Detroit native as a patient in Los Angeles when Jeong was working as a physician, though one hopes that his bedside manner was not anything like his characters. Following the release of his Netflix special this year, “You Complete Me, Ho” (mostly about his relationship with his wife Tran Ho), Jeong is hitting the road to return to stand-up comedy. Along for the ride is Dr. Bassem Youssef, dubbed the Jon Stewart of the Arab World, was the host of popular TV show AlBernameg – which was the first of its kind political satire show in the Middle East. Originally a 5-minute show on YouTube, AlBernameg became the first online to TV conversion in the Middle East and the most watched show across the region with 30 million viewers every week. Together they will prove "Laughter is the Best Medicine" The doctors will prescribe a good time to all in attendance. Don't miss your chance for this fun-filled evening with the Doctors of Comedy.
