WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Those who are looking to purchase or sell a business, as well as accountants, attorneys, business brokers, financial planners, CEOs and CFOs
DESCRIPTION:
The buying and selling of a small business are among the most important, and most over-looked, topics an entrepreneur will face. Buying an existing company at a good price is one of the best ways to achieve small business ownership. And today, post-recession, and with many baby boomers eager to retire, increasing numbers of business owners are looking to sell. However, it’s been estimated that only 5% of attempted business sales are successful. This event will include a “Buyer’s Track,” a “Seller’s Track,” and it will conclude with a Panel Discussion where participants can ask additional questions of presenters.
TOPICS INCLUDE:
The Michigan SBDC has assembled a team of experts to discuss these hot topics.
