In this three day workshop, you will be immersed in the High-Tech Anthropology® process
and discover how to design a joyful user-experience. This three-day hands-on workshop
provides an introduction to our signature methodology for effectively capturing end-user
requirements in order to build high-performing software that is widely adopted. Topics
include: interviewing and observing, defining project scope and focus, personas, creating and
assessing designs, and writing requirements for development. Participants will leave inspired
and receive a workshop binder with class highlights and reference materials.
