Robert E. Quinn is a Professor Emeritus at the U of M Ross School of Business. His work focuses on purpose, leadership, culture, and change. He is a co-founder of Positive Organizational Scholarship and the Ross Center for Positive Organizations. He is in the top 1% of professors cited in organizational behavior textbooks and has published 18 books. Quinn is the recipient of multiple awards, and in a global survey was named one of the top speakers in the world for organizational culture and related issues. His talk on personal purpose has been viewed by over 16 million people.
