Free AI training for HR professionals
Looking to learn how AI can make every day HR tasks easier? Michigan Works! Southeast is offering a free AI training for HR professionals on Tuesday, July 22, from 1:00–4:00 p.m. at their Ann Arbor office.
During this hands-on session, participants will learn practical ways to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini for common HR responsibilities while keeping professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in mind.
Topics include:
- Writing job descriptions and job postings
- Creating interview questions and candidate communications
- Developing onboarding and training materials
- Drafting employee announcements and policy updates
- Summarizing documents and reviewing content for clarity
- Organizing HR data and creating reports
