Free AI training for HR professionals

Looking to learn how AI can make every day HR tasks easier? Michigan Works! Southeast is offering a free AI training for HR professionals on Tuesday, July 22, from 1:00–4:00 p.m. at their Ann Arbor office.

During this hands-on session, participants will learn practical ways to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini for common HR responsibilities while keeping professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in mind.
Topics include:

• Writing job descriptions and job postings
• Creating interview questions and candidate communications
• Developing onboarding and training materials
• Drafting employee announcements and policy updates
• Summarizing documents and reviewing content for clarity
• Organizing HR data and creating reports
