Business Seminar: Legal Issues That Could Bite You

This workshop will cover legal issues you need to consider in starting and running your business in order to avoid situations that often have detrimental results.  
 
Attendees of this workshop will:
-Learn about critical legal issues you have not yet identified,
-Learn about potential ways to avoid detrimental situations,
-Learn why you need professional help, including from an accountant, an insurance agent and potentially more than one attorney.

Workshop is presented by our SCORE mentor Mitch Goodkin.  He is an attorney, licensed Professional Engineer, MBA and past chair of the Information Technology Law Section of the Michigan Bar.
