The Ann Arbor Youth Chorale presents their 30th Annual Spring Concert on Saturday, May 6th at Bethlehem United Church of Christ! Come be delighted by the sounds of tunes performed by the Chorale's two distinguished youth choirs - the Descant Choir and Concert Choir. Children range in age from 9-16. It promises to be an especially meaningful program, with the choirs performing a new work by composer Andrea Ramsey, entitled “But a Flint Holds Fire.” It’s sung to poetry by Christina Rossetti, and interspersed with original text from Flint children concerning the water crisis.
Tickets available at the door: $10 adult; $5 for youth, students, and seniors. Cash or check preferred.
Doors open at 3:30 pm. Concert begins at 4:00pm. Join us for light refreshments in the Fellowship Hall after the concert...and get to know this wonderful Ann Arbor non-profit!
