A2Y Chamber Golf Outing Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield

One of the most popular events on the Chamber?s calendar, the Annual Chamber Golf Outing presented by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan attracts a wide range of decision makers, community leaders and entrepreneurs from a variety of businesses while providing an opportunity to play 18 holes of extraordinary golf at Fox Hill Golf & Banquet.
Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center: The jewel of Fox Hills is the Golden Fox, an upscale links style 18-hole championship course, designed by Arthur Hills. Reminiscent of the great Scottish seaside courses, it features prairie grasses, wetlands, golden box steep bunkers and large gently-undulating bent-grass greens. One of the most popular 18-hole championship courses in Southeast Michigan due to its playability, it offers variety with four sets of tees designed to suit every level of player.
Scramble Format:
Each player in the group tees off and the best shot is chosen.  The remaining players pick up their ball and play from the selected shot.  This is repeated until the ball is holed.  Players may move their ball one club length no closer to the hole while remaining in the same condition.  Players may move their ball one putter head length no closer to the hole on the green.  Generally, ties are broken using a scorecard playoff with the lowest score on the most difficult holes being the tiebreaker.
