A2Y Chamber Event: IMPACT 2023
Washtenaw County’s economic success is driven by its people. Impact 2023 will look at Michigan and Washtenaw County’s population details and trends and try to explain how they will impact and shape our economy, our community, and quality of life. We will also cover some of the vital decisions we will need to make to achieve our goals around population, prosperity, and opportunities for all Michigan residents. Impact is for anyone who lives or works in Washtenaw County and wants to understand how our population will affect businesses, communities, and economic prosperity.
Impact 2023 includes:
An opening presentation and discussion with Eric Lupher, President of Citizens Research Council (CRC) of Michigan. Eric will provide an informative overview of “Michigan’s Path to a Prosperous Future: Challenges and Opportunities,” a five-part series from CRC and Altarum that looks to provide a realistic, data-informed vision of Michigan’s future based on current trends and trajectories across multiple dimensions.
