Local chapters work to provide networking, events, and resources to local TD professionals to advance their careers.

In this Early Edition, the local Ann Arbor chapter of ATD will share key findings from the annual ATD Trends in Talent Development report and how these trends relate to employee engagement and the evolving employee experience.

Our expert panel will discuss the trends and how we can use talent development to attract, train, develop, and ultimately retain employees including remote/ hybrid workers, young talent, and what you can do now to impact employee engagement.
