At the April breakfast we will present our E3 Awards and Teacher of the Year Awards!
The purpose of the E3 Awards program is to promote business and community growth and development by promoting educational programs designed to strengthen and expand the skill level and income potential of all within the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area. This program recognizes educational programs and/or educators in the local K-12 schools (Ann Arbor, Lincoln, Willow Run, & Ypsilanti) that deserve to be emulated in other K-12 schools.
The programs being recognized are:
The Teacher of the Year Program recognizes the great contribution teachers make in Washtenaw County and to the learning community. This award recognizes and honors teacher excellence. It does not attempt to select the “best” teacher; rather, to identify, from among many outstanding teachers, one teacher to serve as a visible and vocal representative of what is best in the profession.
The LaFontaine Family wishes to honor the amazing teachers with Washtenaw County and recognize them for their hard work and efforts they put in every single school year.
This year we will be recognizing three very worthy Teachers in Washtenaw County to honor with the LaFontaine Teacher of the Year Award.
