The Future Innovators Academy is a women- and veteran-owned Ann Arbor STEM/STEAM academy offering hands-on courses, camps, and maker events in robotics, coding, 3D printing, game development, and digital arts. Founded by engineer Andi Sperry, FIA turns big “What if…?” moments into “Watch this!” reality—students design, wire, code, and test real projects in small, mentor-led groups where curiosity, creativity, and a fail-forward mindset are part of the process.
