Forty seven percent of the county's "caregiver's" are dutiful family\, friends or neighbors who do not see themselves in such a role and rarely seek help. Though they are well meaning\, they are usually unaware of available support ser...vices such as transportation\, nutritional care\, financial counseling\, home safety\, respite and home care.\n\n	\n\n	This event is sponsored by the Washtenaw County Consortium on Aging\, a collaborative of public agencies\, private local businesses\, and individuals interested in networking and advocating for senior issues in Livingston County. Membership is open to all. Meetings are typically held the 2nd Monday of each month from 3:30 - 5pm at BrightStar Home Care 3800 Packard Rd. Suite 100-C.
