SUMMARY:SBAM Owner2Owner Meeting - Washtenaw Region
DESCRIPTION:Please join us on October 27\, 2026\, in Ann Arbor\, MI\, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for an SBAM Owner2Owner (O2O) event! This event will be hosted by EOS Ann Arbor\, where business owners and their leadership teams come to gain clarity\, alignment\, and traction in their businesses. We will have a brief update from the SBAM team\, followed by an opportunity to connect with fellow small business owners and professionals from across the region.\n\nAs part of the evening\, EOS Implementer Jeremy Lopatin will lead a 15-minute educational session exploring a challenge many business owners face: knowing whether they have the right people in the right seats. When someone on the team isn't the right fit\, most owners can sense it\, but identifying the root cause isn't always easy. Drawing on EOS principles\, Jeremy will provide an overview of EOS and introduce tools like Core Values\, the Accountability Chart \, and the People Analyzer . He'll demonstrate how these tools work together to help business owners gain clarity around team alignment\, accountability\, and organizational success. If you've ever felt something was off with your team but couldn't quite pinpoint why\, this session will provide a practical framework to help you see it more clearly.\n\nFollowing the educational session\, attendees will have time to connect\, share experiences\, and build valuable relationships with fellow business leaders in a welcoming and collaborative environment.\n\n\n\nThese O2O Regional Meetings are for small business owners only. They allow small business owners to build a sense of community in their region and gather together with other small business owners on a regular basis. Each regional two-hour meeting will feature components of networking\, education\, and small business advocacy awareness. You do NOT have to be a member of SBAM to attend.
