DESCRIPTION:Over The Edge is our signature peer-to-peer fundraising event where participants raise funds to support Friends In Deed's mission and then rappel down the side of Hill Hall. Funds raised help support our Essential Services and Circles programs\, assisting local families facing housing instability\, transportation barriers\, and financial hardship.\n\nWe're especially excited about a few additions this year:\n\n\n We're partnering with local nonprofits to create a more collaborative\, community-centered event.\n Participating nonprofits can build fundraising teams and receive a portion of the funds they raise for their own missions.\n Community resource tables will connect attendees with organizations serving Washtenaw County residents.\n We're actively recruiting sponsors\, participants\, volunteers\, and community partners.\n\n\nThis event is about more than rappelling it's about bringing our community together to support neighbors and strengthen local nonprofits.
