\n Back by popular demand\, five Ann Arbor microbreweries are teaming up with Huron River Watershed Council (HRWC) to sponsor a night dedicated to water\, beer\, and the people who love both. Wolverine\, Jolly Pumpkin\, Grizzly Peak\, Arbor Brewing\, and Blue Tractor are hosting the second annual BREW FOR THE RIVER event every Thursday night from August 9th to September 6th\, from 5:00 to 7:30 pm.
\n Each brewpub will feature their full menu of food and drinks along with a special beer made just for BREW FOR THE RIVER. These new brews are named after familiar streams and waterways of the Huron\, celebrating our water source. A portion of the proceeds from food and drink sales will be donated to HRWC. \;
\n This week\, JOIN US AT JOLLY PUMPKIN! Get ready for Brewer Ron Jefferies&rsquo\; tongue-twisting\, palate-pleasing Hummocky Lick Sumac Sensation. \;Also\, don&rsquo\;t forget to collect a stamp at Jolly Pumpkin to be eligible for the Grand Prize \;(a growler a month for ten months!). There is also a new event this year: River Trivia! Teams will compete to answer questions about beer\, water conservation\, and the Huron. In addition\, there will be prizes at each of the Brew events\, where lucky winners can win &ldquo\;One Hour with the Brewer&rdquo\; and a growler of the special event brew to take home\, along with other prizes like T-shirts!
