DESCRIPTION:An Introduction to the DISC Personality Profile\n\nMaking Sense of Your People Puzzle\n\n \n\nPlease join us on December 10 for an interactive and engaging session with John Walker and Anita Bycraft-Walker\, VP of Operations and President of A Production Building Solutions. They built a company that values excellence\, customer satisfaction\, and integrity. Together\, they have created a workplace that fosters growth\, learning\, and mutual respect among team members. Come listen to how this dynamic duo creates a safe and supportive work environment. \n\n\n\nAre you having trouble connecting with people you encounter everyday? \n\n\n\nIn this session you will garner a better understanding of your basic personality trait and that of your employees\, co-workers\, colleagues\, clients and family members. This talk is an introduction to help you begin to understand how to connect with different people by understanding that all of us have our own unique personalities\, and how you talk\, think\, and process information is often not how other people you come in contact with\, process information. John and Anita will explain how this information will help with hiring\, work team chemistry\, and often conflict resolution. These tools can help develop a great team all moving in the same direction\, while having more fun as an organization. \n\n\n\nThis session will cover the 4 basic personality types D-I-S-C and begin to explain how people communicate\, verbally and non verbally\, with people in their day to day lives. Most of us focus on what makes us different\, but we are alike in so many ways.
