May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we are pleased to bring together expert \;leaders from Trinity Health St Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor\, Washtenaw County Community Mental Health Department\, and Washtenaw County Division of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). \; We will \;talk about the inequities in health care\, how and why access to care is different for certain demographic groups\, and how to support and help those with mental illness. \; We will also talk about how\, as an employer\, to identify the signs when an employee may be experiencing or approaching a mental health crisis\, and best practices you can adopt to foster a healthy and inclusive \;workplace culture that is responsive to an individual'\;s mental \;health needs.
