Swisher Commercial recently released its 32nd \;annual survey of vacancy rates for office and flex space in the \;Ann Arbor area for year-end 2024. \;They surveyed 293 buildings of 5\,000 square feet or larger\, totaling over 10.8 million square feet of space. \; \;Scott Schmunk will present highlights of this report and talk about what it means for \;our local community.
