Participants will gain a greater insight into their leadership style and Dr. Sabrina will offer tips in order for one to create a DEI SWOT Analysis and Vision Statement for DEI in their business.\n\n\n\nIf you saw her the first time\, we heard you loud and clear\, and here is your opportunity to continue the conversation\, and expand upon the time initially spent with her and your peers. \n\nWhether you\, or your organization\, are just getting started on your DEI journey\, or even if you have a good comprehension of Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion\, this session is for you\, and you don't want to miss it!\n\n\n\nThere are many challenges affecting the availability of opportunities for black-owned/run businesses and their employees.
