At the February meeting of the Washtenaw Contractors Association, we will learn how the economic conditions of the past several years are shaping the economic forecast for our region. We will also learn how the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is structuring its priorities and programs to meet the State of Michigan's current challenges.
Bill Lichwalla, president and CEO, and Cam McCausland, partner and director of transaction management of Plante Moran Cressa, who represent only Users of space, will provide their unique and valuable insights into the economic outlook for our region, and where the best prospects lie for development in the coming years.
The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), is the State of Michigan's lead economic development agency. As its President & CEO, Michael Finney is responsible for executing Governor Snyder's economic development strategy. He will discuss what strategies MEDC is using to address Michigan's challenges and to take advantage of opportunities for growth.
