After years of offering restorative retreats in Michigan, Eclipse Yoga is heading international with the Sun & Fun Retreat in Costa Rica, February 14–21, 2026.  Escape to the serene landscapes of Costa Rica, where lush rainforests and tranquil beaches provide the perfect setting for deep relaxation and renewal.   The 7-night escape features daily yoga, fascia release, nourishing meals, and plenty of time to relax and recharge.  Plenty of time to explore the beauty of Costa Rica with additional excursions if you choose (hiking, surfing, estuary tour, and more)

Closer to home, the studio’s Detox/Retox weekends blend mindful movement with community connection, pairing fascia release and yoga with a "retox" celebration that makes wellness feel fun, approachable, and sustainable.

For anyone managing stress, stiffness, or pain, Eclipse also offers fascia release sessions focused on easing tension and improving mobility. No yoga experience required.
