WHY: “Career fairs are an excellent opportunity for job seekers to connect with employers in a one-to-one setting,” said David Wildfong, WCC professional services faculty/student advisor. “In our digital age, a great deal of the hiring process is being moved online, which adds a high level of anonymity to the whole process. Being able to speak with a representative in person at an event like a career fair is an invaluable opportunity for any job seeker.”
