2024 Year-End Vacancy Report
Swisher Commercial recently released its 32nd annual survey of vacancy rates for office and flex space in the Ann Arbor area for year-end 2024. Scott Schmunk will present highlights of this report and talk about what it means for our local community. This report is a must-see for anyone interested in the Washtenaw County business community.

After working in the title industry, Scott took a position with a Dawda Mann, where he negotiated sales, leases and underlying documents for some of the largest retailers in the US, commercial and residential developers, and individual investors. This experience gives Scott the ability to spot and deal with issues that might otherwise prevent closing. During the real estate downturn, Scott opened Advantage Sports in Ann Arbor. Scott joined Swisher in 2023 to return to his true passion commercial real estate.
The A2Y Chamber Early Edition breakfast's interactive format brings the business and community leaders together to learn about industry leaders and issues facing the Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti community. Early Edition will be held the 3rd Wednesday of each of month at Weber's Boutique Hotel & Restaurant.
