Expanding Your Business Through Exports
This seminar is for companies that have a fairly successful domestic U.S. business but who may not have considered expanding through exports. Exports are a great way to safely increase your top and bottom line. The U.S. is 6% of the world’s population. The other 94% presents a good opportunity to expand. Most large U.S. companies have between 40% to 75% of their business outside the U.S.
To be covered are:
-How to get paid
-Selecting a bank
-Selecting the best countries to export to.
-Selecting agents and distributors
-Using resources of the U.S. Commercial Service, part of the Dept. of Commerce, some of which are free.
-Export financing
-U.S. Export laws
Presenter: Maurice Snyder, PhD, President, Spes Development Co.
